TL;DR Windows 11 ships with Copilot, Recall, AI in Notepad, AI in Edge, Widgets, and 13+ AI features running by default — all consuming RAM and CPU in the background. You can remove all of them through Settings without PowerShell, and block Windows from reinstalling them after updates.
